The Opportunity
We are seeking a visionary Head of Brands & Marketing to lead our brand strategy, marketing execution, public relations and growth initiatives. In this role, you’ll be responsible for shaping how our brand shows up in the market, driving integrated campaigns that build awareness and loyalty, and designing growth strategies that accelerate customer acquisition and retention. You’ll lead a team across brand, content, marketing and growth functions, ensuring every story we tell and every campaign we launch delivers measurable impact on both brand equity and business growth.
What You’ll Do
• Define and execute the overall brand strategy to strengthen positioning, awareness, and perception in the market.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, and offline channels to drive engagement and brand love.
• Develop and implement growth strategies to accelerate customer acquisition, retention, and revenue.
• Oversee content and creative strategy, ensuring consistent brand voice and storytelling across all touchpoints.
• Manage, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team across content, brand, marketing, and growth functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, market trends, and customer insights to optimize impact and ROI.
• Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer engagement to amplify brand reach.
Who We’re Looking For
• Strategic leadership with proven experience in brand management, marketing strategy, and growth initiatives.
• Ability to drive both creative campaigns and data-driven growth strategies.
• Strong storytelling and positioning skills, with a track record of building brands people love and trust.
• Strong stakeholder management with experience in leading and inspiring cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Analytical and results-oriented, able to measure performance, interpret insights, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
• Expertise in integrated marketing, including digital, social, PR, content, and partnerships.
• Collaborative, proactive, and passionate about building brands that connect with people and drive business growth.
• A keen and adventurous food lover.
• At least 10 years relevant experience, including 3+ years at senior management level (FMCG, retail, or hospitality experience is desirable).
• MBA, CIM, or similar advanced qualification is highly desirable.
