Nursery Teacher

An Elementary/Nursery School located in Ketu, Lagos seeks the immediate Services of a Nursery Teacher (EYFS)

Responsibilities
• Prepare lesson plans for kids based on predefined curricula
• Plan and execute educational activities, both within and outside the class room
• Motivate and stimulate learning for kids through experience
• Supervise the kids in class, during events, and on field trips.
• Present lessons using a range of teaching materials
• Help the kids/young learners develop curiosity
• Assess the young learners performance -tests, exams, presentations, experiments
• Collaborate with other teachers and stakeholders to perform group activities and achieve specific goals
• Other duties that may be assigned by the Proprietors

To perform this job effectively you will need:

• Experience with handling children/young learners who are still in their formative years: Must have high levels of tolerance/patience with kids.
• Good teaching ability: teaching young learners how to pronounce alphabets
• To be organised and creative, maintain a tidy and orderly classroom

Requirements:

Education: B.Ed, NCE, HND
Minimum 2 Years of Experience teaching in EYFS Schools
Candidates must reside within Ketu
EYFS certification is a plus
Should know how to use a Computer
