Baker

We are looking for a skilled and creative Baker to join our team and produce high-quality baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and other items. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake a variety of goods, such as bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies, following established recipes.
Measure and mix ingredients to create doughs, batters, and fillings.
Operate and maintain baking equipment, including ovens, mixers, and proofers.
Decorate cakes and pastries to meet customer specifications or design themes.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the team to restock ingredients.
Ensure that all baked goods are prepared on time for customer orders or display.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
Experiment with new recipes and techniques to create unique baked items.
Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and customer demands.

Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a baker or in a similar role.
Knowledge of baking techniques, tools, and food safety practices.
Creativity and a keen eye for detail in decorating and presentation.
Ability to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as required.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Physical stamina to stand for long hours and handle heavy equipment or materials.
