Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Key Responsibilities
Receive, welcome & screen visitors professionally
Receive official inbound calls and direct to the appropriate officer
Receive, sort & record daily mail or correspondences
Maintain office security by controlling access and safety protocols
Confirm & secure access approval of any official visit by the host
Maintain a clean and healthy customer waiting area
Provide clerical support when required
Maintain & provide reports of all official visits and access
