Tetra Tech Coffey Nigeria Limited is an International Development organization funded by the FCDO, Tetra Tech was incorporated in Nigeria to engage in commercial, strategic advisory, transaction, investment, and other related professional consulting services. Our consulting services covers areas of human capacity building, evaluation, economic growth, agricultural sector, infrastructure, food security and agriculture, water and sanitation, stabilization services and other related development consulting services.
Tetra Tech Coffee Nigeria is implementing two FCDO Projects – UKNIAF and SPRiNG
Location: Abuja

The Requests for Expression of Interest, Application and Supporting Documents for services in any of the categories listed below:

• Office Supply (Cleaning consumables, Office Stationeries, Provision).

• Travel Agent

• Diesel Supply

• Water Supply (Dispenser water and Tanker).

• Laundry Service

• Artisans (Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry Services)

• Hospitality Service (Hotel and Catering)

• Communication (DSTV and Data Subscription – MTN & Airtel)

• Printing Service.

Vendor Submission Requirement:

• Application letter listing the services that they can render

• Evidence of the company's incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission
(CAC)

• Evidence of three years (2022 – 2024) Tax remittance

• Past performance references of similar services rendered to similar
organization like WEWE

• Comprehensive company profile including verifiable address, active phone
numbers & email addresses

• Audited Financial Statement

• Company's registered physical address, functional contact, email address and
GSM phone number(s) of key personnel

• Evidence of bank account in the name of the company/business entity: the
confirmation should be provided by your bankers. (e.g Letter from your
banker)

• Any means of identification for the MD/CEO (e.g. International Passport, National Identity Card, Permanent Voters Card, Driver's License)

• Evidence of the company valid Tax Identification Number (TIN)

Method of Submission:
Vendors who meet the requirements should forward the required documents with a cover letter as both soft and hard copies (as a SINGLE PDF attachment) explaining their suitability to augustine.ngidi@tetratech.com, felix.bishung@tetratech.com
