Fundraiser

Job Summary:
We seek a passionate and results-driven Fundraiser to develop and implement fundraising strategies, secure funding from diverse sources, and strengthen donor relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in fundraising, grant writing, and donor engagement, with excellent communication and networking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Fundraising Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute fundraising campaigns, events, and donor outreach programs.

• Identify and research potential donors, sponsors, and funding opportunities.

• Create compelling fundraising proposals, pitches, and grant applications.
2. Donor Engagement & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, and foundations.

• Organize donor appreciation programs and events.

• Manage donor databases and ensure timely follow-ups and acknowledgments.
3. Grant Writing & Reporting

• Research and apply for grants from national and international funding agencies.

• Prepare detailed grant proposals and reports, ensuring compliance with funding requirements.

• Monitor and evaluate the impact of funded programs for donor reporting.
4. Event Planning & Campaign Management

• Plan and coordinate fundraising events such as charity galas, crowdfunding campaigns, and sponsorship drives.

• Develop online fundraising initiatives and leverage social media for donor outreach.

• Work with the communications team to create promotional materials and impact stories.
