RoadAppNG is an online marketplace for spare parts. RoadAppNG connects buyers and sellers without the need for a third party and in the comfort of their homes buyers can buy spare parts using the mobile application.

Using RoadAppNG sellers can post their spare parts, get them verified and sell while buyers simply click on the spare parts they want to buy and have them delivered to them wherever they want in Abuja.

As a Market Agent, your primary role is that of a liaison officer between the company and the spare parts sellers in the market, meaning that you are the primary point of contact that sellers will relate to for the company. This role is pivotal to the progress and all-round growth of RoadAppNG.

Market Agent is expected to work Mondays to Saturdays 8:30am to 5:30pm and should also reside close to Zuba or Apo.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AS A MARKET AGENT.

Apart from being the primary point of contact between the company and sellers here are other key responsibilities that you have as a Market Agent.

1. Speak to individual market sellers by showing them the RoadApp application, interface and functionality to get them and their products onboard.

2. Registration of New sellers on RoadAppNG.

3. Verify the shops and spare parts of sellers on RoadAppNg.

4. Verify that products are in good condition before packaging for delivery.

5. Oversee packaging and handing over to dispatch riders for delivery.

6. Maintain excellent interpersonal relationships with already existing sellers to draw more sellers onboard RoadAppNG.

7. Take full responsibility for all office equipment that is in your care.

STAGES OF DUTIES AS A MARKET AGENT.

As a Market Agent, there are 5 stages in which your duties revolve around, with the completion leading to the successful packaging and delivery of spare parts to sellers. Here they are:

Stage 1:

Talking to individual market sellers, and introducing potential sellers to RoadAppNG by showing them test demos on how the RoadAppNG application looks like and functions.

Stage 2

Registering new sellers on RoadAppNG and prompting them to download the RoadAppNG application (schedule dates and times for verification depending on the number you register in a day).

Stage 3

Verify the shops and spare parts of registered seller on the RoadAppNG application and also offer onboarding support to sellers in adding their spare parts.

Stage 4

Confirming all orders that have been brought to your office for delivery are in good condition before packaging for delivery.

Stage 5

Packaging and handing over of orders to dispatch riders for delivery.
