Key Responsibilities:
Creative Design:

Develop visually engaging designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, brochures, banners, posters, and advertisements.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create compelling visuals that align with the brand's identity and objectives.
Brand Consistency:

Ensure all designs adhere to the company’s brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style across all materials.
Update existing designs and templates as needed to reflect current branding.
Concept Development:

Translate ideas and concepts into creative, high-quality visuals.
Brainstorm and present innovative design solutions for campaigns and projects.
Software Proficiency:

Utilize graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant software.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies.
Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and management, to ensure alignment on design projects.
Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and finalize designs.
Project Management:

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
Maintain organized records of design files and assets for future use.
Support Other Teams:

Assist with video editing, motion graphics, and basic animation when required.
Provide creative input on product packaging, branding, and promotional materials.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of experience as a graphic designer with a portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Knowledge of other design tools (e.g., CorelDRAW, Canva) is a plus.
Basic understanding of video editing and motion graphics is advantageous.
Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail and a passion for creativity.
