Lead, supervise, and support a team of nurses in delivering safe, high-quality patient care.
1. Coordinate and oversee day-to-day clinical activities, including patient assessments, care planning, and implementation.
2. Act as a liaison between the nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure clear communication and effective patient management.
3. Provide mentorship, guidance, and training to junior nurses, fostering their professional growth and development.
4. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, nursing protocols, and regulatory standards.
5. Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform advanced nursing procedures when required.
6. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and infection control programs to promote best practices in nursing care.
7. Address patient concerns and resolve issues in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction.
8.Contribute to workforce planning, including scheduling and resource allocation, to ensure optimal staffing levels.
9.Stay up-to-date with the latest nursing trends, technologies, and treatment modalities, and share knowledge with the nursing team.
Requirement
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN)
Valid practicing License
Minimum of 7 years of nursing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role in a clinical or hospital setting.
Additional certifications in specialty areas are a plus.
