Deputy Linux Administrator

As a Deputy Linux Administrator you will a have Good high-level overview of Linux/IT Administration:

Act as a backup in times of absence of his line manager with the following responsibilities:

Able to prioritize workload according to the company’s goals and requirements.
High level overview in managing workflow and team perfomance.
Delegating workload according to the team’s capabilities.
Hands-on mentality (only) in case of urgent incidents.
Participate in Technical planning – communicates the information to the team.
Assisting the Manager with Customer Support and Internal support
Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and changes to ensure consistent practices and knowledge sharing within the team.
Participate in cross-functional projects that involve Linux environments, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Ability to work in a team and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or any other field
Minimum 5 years of work experience of High-level Linux Administration.
At least 3 years of Managerial ,Supervisory or Team Lead experience.
Strong Business Acumen and People Management skills
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Must be amenable to work in Central Europe Time
