Role: PE Instructor
The PE Instructor will design and lead physical activities that promote fitness, motor skill development, and fun for children aged 6 months to 11 years, ensuring a safe and engaging experience.

Key Responsibilities
Activity Planning
Develop age-appropriate physical activities that encourage movement, balance, and coordination.
Incorporate fun elements like music, props, and interactive games.
Create themed sessions (e.g., “Jungle Adventure,” “Ocean Explorers”).

Class Facilitation
Lead group activities that promote teamwork and social interaction.
Monitor children to ensure safety during activities.
Adapt sessions to include varying levels of physical ability.

Safety and Supervision
Conduct safety checks on all equipment before each session.
Ensure proper spacing and setup to prevent accidents.
Provide first aid if needed (training recommended).

Parent Engagement
Encourage parents to participate in activities to strengthen bonding.
Provide tips on physical activities that can be done at home.

Record Keeping
Track participation, progress, and feedback from parents.
Suggest improvements based on attendance trends and parent preferences.

Qualifications and Skills
Education: Certification in Physical Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field.
Experience: Prior experience working with children in fitness or education settings.

Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Creativity in designing fun and engaging activities.
Knowledge of child safety and development principles.
