Sales Officer

Job Summary
A Pharmaceutical wholesale distributor is looking for a competitive retail Sales Assistant to help customers identify products, process customer lists, and help purchase products. Duties include selling, restocking, and merchandising. The goal is to provide high-class customer service and to increase the company’s growth and revenue through sales maximisation.

Sales Assistant Responsibilities:
Welcome customers
Manage the sales processes, picking, and invoicing
Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
Provide customers with information about products
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, customer appointments, and customer complaints.
Ring up purchases.
Follow all the company's policies and procedures

Sales Assistant Requirements:

• OND, HND
• Minimum of 2 year of work experience in sales, customer rep in a pharmacy or a retail store
• Computer literate.
• Good verbal and communication skills.
•Exceptional customer service skills.
• Candidates resident in Surulere, Ojuelegba, Yaba, and the surrounding environment would be most preferred..
