An account resolution officer is responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts from individuals or businesses. This role involves communicating with clients to negotiate payment plans, resolving disputes, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Contact debtors via phone, email, or SMS to collect payments. Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements with clients. Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accounts. Prepare and send collection letters and notices. Collaborate with legal teams when necessary for debt recovery. Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and follow up on overdue accounts. Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism. This position comes with a biweekly bonus, up to 50,000 Naira.
