We are currently seeking an experienced Account Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accounting records, analyzing financial data, and ensuring company finances are accurate and up to date. This position reports directly to the Head of Account
Duties include:
Financial records: Maintaining and reviewing financial records, and ensuring they are kept up to date
Financial data: Analyzing financial data, and suggesting improvements to reduce costs and increase profits
Financial processes: Overseeing financial processes, including budgeting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
Communication: Maintaining communication channels with internal and external stakeholders
Compliance: Ensuring that all payments and transactions are handled in accordance with local, state, and federal laws
Audits and tax preparation: Providing support during audits and tax preparation
Accounting discrepancies: Resolving accounting discrepancies and irregularities in a timely and professional manner
Resolving customer payment queries.
