Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled UI/UX Design Instructor to teach and mentor students in user interface and user experience design. The instructor will deliver hands-on training, design principles, industry best practices, and practical projects to prepare learners for real-world opportunities in UI/UX design.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver engaging course content on UI/UX design, including wireframing, prototyping, visual design, usability, and design thinking.

Teach design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or related platforms.

Introduce students to design principles, user research, usability testing, and accessibility standards.

Guide students in creating design projects, case studies, and portfolios that reflect industry standards.

Provide mentorship and one-on-one feedback to students, supporting them in mastering both technical and soft skills.

Stay updated with design trends, emerging tools, and UX methodologies to continuously enhance course delivery.

Collaborate with academic/administrative teams to improve curriculum and student experience.

Assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and prepare progress reports.

Promote a creative, inclusive, and collaborative learning environment.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Proven professional experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of web and/or mobile design projects.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or InVision.

Strong understanding of user research, usability testing, wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.

Previous teaching, training, or mentoring experience.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to break down complex concepts into simple, practical lessons.

Passion for design, creativity, and fostering the growth of learners.

Preferred Attributes

Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG).

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Industry certifications in UI/UX or design-related fields.
