Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose and repair faults on home appliances (refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, microwaves, etc.)
* Perform electrical troubleshooting, component replacement, and system resets
* Handle escalated technical cases and customer complaints
* Maintain accurate repair logs and meet service turnaround targets
* Support inventory management of spare parts and tools
* Mentor junior technicians and uphold service quality standards Requirements
* HND/BSc in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
* Minimum 2 years of experience in home appliance repair or technical support
* Strong knowledge of appliance electrical systems, compressors, motors, and control boards
* Proficiency with diagnostic tools, multimeters, and repair equipment
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Certification in Technical repair is an added advantage
