Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
Experience with microfinance operations and loan portfolio management is preferred
Proficiency in accounting software and data analysis tools
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different departments
