Estate Lawyer

Our company is a leading estate business specializing in property development, management, and investment. We are seeking an experienced and skilled Estate Lawyer to join our team.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Estate Lawyer to provide legal support and guidance to our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents, advising on property law and regulations, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide legal advice and guidance on property law, contracts, and regulatory compliance
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and leases
- Conduct due diligence on property transactions and advise on potential risks and liabilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Represent the company in negotiations, disputes, and litigation
- Stay up-to-date with changes in property law and regulations

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B) from a reputable university
- At least 5 years of experience as a lawyer in a property or estate business
- Strong knowledge of property law, contracts, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
