We are seeking a results-driven Sales Associate to promote and market our CNG conversion services and automotive solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and driving sales for our CNG conversion offerings, targeting vehicle owners, fleet operators, transport businesses, and industrial users of diesel engines.
Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers in the automotive, transportation, and industrial sectors.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote CNG conversion for petrol and diesel engines.

• Educate customers on the benefits of CNG conversion, including cost savings, efficiency, and environmental impact.

• Build strong relationships with fleet operators, transport companies, auto service centers, and logistics businesses.

• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

• Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.

• Represent Macarios Group Ltd at industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings.
Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing (preferably in the automotive, energy, or transportation sector).

• Strong understanding of CNG conversion, automotive solutions, or alternative fuel technology is an advantage.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

• Strong networking skills with fleet operators, transport companies, and automotive service providers.

• Passion for sustainable energy solutions and the ability to educate customers on the benefits of CNG conversion.

• Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

• Must be goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is a plus.

• Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel within Lagos, Ibadan, and other operational areas.
