Job Description:
Our Client is seeking a skilled and creative Pattern Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in pattern making, grading, and styling, with the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:

• Create precise patterns for regular and plus-size clothing using standard size charts and custom measurements.

• Grade patterns up and down to the required sizes.

• Design and style workwear and Aso Ebi outfits.

• Develop basic sketches to support design concepts.

• Accurately interpret style references to produce well-fitted garments.

• Ensure patterns are optimized for efficiency and production.

• Maintain a high level of creativity and innovation in pattern development.
Requirements:

• Proven experience in pattern making, grading, and styling.

• Strong understanding of garment construction and fit.

• Ability to work independently with confidence and assertiveness.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
