About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Manager to oversee our real estate and construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, coordinate, and supervise on-site construction activities.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Monitor progress and provide daily/weekly reports to management.
* Manage site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively.
* Resolve any unexpected technical issues and challenges.
* Ensure materials and equipment are delivered and used efficiently.
* Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.
* Liaise with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders.


Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager or in a supervisory role within construction/real estate.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders.

Job Description
As a Marketing Executive, you will:

* Promote and market the company’s real estate projects to potential clients.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Develop strategies to increase sales and brand awareness.
* Organize and attend marketing activities, campaigns, and events.
* Prepare marketing reports and provide feedback to management.

Requirements
* Minimum of **HND or Bachelor’s Degree** in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* At least **1 year of proven experience in marketing or sales** (real estate experience is an advantage).
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
