WE’RE HIRING Insurance Agency Sales Managers | Unit Managers | Salespersons Join our growing team in Lagos State We are recruiting passionate, proactive, and result-oriented insurance professionals for our locations: Lekki | Ajah | Sabo Yaba | Apapa We are particularly looking for experienced Agency Sales Managers and Unit Managers who can build, lead, and manage a team of at least 10 performing Insurance Sales Advisors. WHO WE NEED A proactive, highly productive, and result-driven leader who can lead a team to exceed monthly targets. Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in an insurance company is required to apply for the position of Agency Sales Manager A proven high-performing Manager with a strong track record of delivering results. Someone who is ready to close deals, generate business, and consistently surpass monthly targets. Ability to drive both Traditional Insurance and Annuity businesses. Someone who can recruit, train, motivate, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team. Must be ready to move with your existing team members and build a productive team. Comfortable with field marketing, prospecting, networking, and client acquisition. Strong leadership, marketing, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills. Self-motivated, ambitious, disciplined, and committed to achieving results. Must possess a valid Insurance Proficiency Certificate WHAT YOU’LL DO Recruit, train, coach, and manage Insurance Sales Advisors. Develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns to generate quality leads. Conduct market research and provide your team with valuable market insights. Identify and target prospective clients through effective marketing initiatives. Drive Traditional and Annuity business and consistently achieve or exceed monthly targets. Close deals and convert prospects into long-term clients. Monitor team performance, track results, and drive consistent sales growth. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS OND, HND, or B.
Sc. in a relevant discipline. Valid Insurance Proficiency Certificate is mandatory. Proven experience in insurance sales, marketing, business development, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years’ insurance experience for Agency Sales Manager applicants. Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to develop client-focused solutions and maintain professional relationships. Integrity, teamwork, creativity, strong leadership, and a high achievement mindset. JOB DETAILS
