Job Summary:
We are looking for an ambitious and result-driven Insurance Unit Manager to recruit, train, and lead a team of financial advisors. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, develop strategies for business expansion, and ensure compliance with industry standards. This is a commission-based role that rewards high performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors.
Drive sales and achieve monthly/annual targets.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching.
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Experience in insurance sales or financial services.
Strong leadership, sales, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Compensation:
Commission-based with performance incentives. HMO and Life insurance cover.
