Job Summary:
We are recruiting for an experienced secretary to support the Chairman in its day to day activities by providing administrative services and being his first point of contacts both internally and externally.

Key Competencies:
 Act as the point of contact between the chairman and internal/external clients
 Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
 Handle requests and queries appropriately
 Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
 Make travel arrangements
 Take dictation and minutes
 Produce reports, presentations and briefs
 High level of analytical and critical thinking skills
 High level of organization and results oriented
 Ability to organize, plan, and strategize
 Great networking abilities
 Availability to work extra hours

Job Requirements:
 Candidate must be a graduate with at least three (3) years’ experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or Secretary
 Must be very good at excel excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: N120, 000 – N250, 000
