Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives.
- Manage and maintain all social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create engaging and compelling content, including text, image, and video posts, that resonates with our target audience.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our strategy to maximize effectiveness.
- Foster and nurture relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners to amplify our reach and engagement.
- Analyze social media metrics and performance data to track KPIs, evaluate effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all channels.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in social media analytics tools.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for staying ahead of the latest digital marketing trends.
