Project Architect

Job Title: Project Architect

The Architect Place is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Architect with a Master’s degree in
Architecture to oversee and coordinate architectural projects from conception to completion. The ideal
candidate will work onsite, ensuring the highest standards in design, construction, and project
management.
Key Responsibilities:  
1. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.  
2. Conduct onsite inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design
specifications and safety standards.  
3. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and interior
designers, to achieve project objectives.  
4. Ensure effective communication between stakeholders and resolve project challenges
efficiently.  
5. Ensure adherence to planning regulations and the Nigerian Building Code.  
6. Implement quality assurance processes throughout the project lifecycle. 
7. Assist in developing innovative architectural designs and project plans in alignment with client
needs and regulatory requirements.  
   
Required Qualifications:  
 Bachelor Degree in Architecture Masters is an added advantage.  
 Minimum of four (4) years of experience as a Project Architect or in a similar role.  
 Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.  
 Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.  
 Knowledge of Nigeria Building Code and its Application.
 Ability to work onsite and adapt to dynamic project requirements.  
 Proficient in architectural software, including:  

Autodesk AutoCAD  
Revit  

 Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
 Proficient in project management software.
