Responsibilities:
· Produce high-quality photos and videos of projects, team activities, and site progress. This includes capturing compelling visuals, editing footage, and creating short-form video content for social media.
· Create visually appealing graphics, infographics, and presentations to support content initiatives.
· Manage and maintain the company's social media channels (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter), website content, and other digital platforms.
· Work closely with the marketing team, project managers, site teams, and other internal stakeholders to gather content and ensure accuracy.
· Coordinate with external vendors such as photographers and videographers as needed.
· Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand voice, style guidelines, and overall messaging.
· Continuously learn about new content creation tools, trends, and best practices in the construction and digital marketing industries.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, preferably within the construction, engineering, or related industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of content creation skills (writing, photography, videography, graphic design).
- Proficiency in photography and videography, including capturing, editing, and basic post-production.
- Familiarity with graphic design principles and software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign is a plus).
- Experience managing social media platforms and understanding their best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Passion for storytelling and the ability to translate technical information into engaging content.
