Our client in the EdTech sector, is looking to hire dynamic Sales & Marketing Representatives to support their expansion and onboard new schools across Nigeria.

An ideal candidate is a self-motivated and persuasive communicator with a passion for education and technology, capable of driving sales and building strong relationships with schools.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with private schools within assigned territories to promote product adoption.
- Pitch the value proposition to school administrators and transport managers with clarity and impact.
- Conduct live product demos (virtually or in-person) to showcase features and benefits.
- Follow up on leads, build strong relationships, and close onboarding deals.
- Achieve weekly and monthly school acquisition targets as set by the team.
- Represent the brand at education-focused events, school fairs, and forums to build visibility.
- Create and distribute marketing materials, support digital campaigns, and share field insights for strategic improvements.

Requirements
- OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or school engagement
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills
- Tech-comfortable (apps, CRM tools, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Self-driven, organised, and result-oriented
- Must be open to field travel (transport allowance provided)
