Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HVAC technician to join our team at PROFORCE LIMITED. As an HVAC technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing HVAC systems, as well as providing technical guidance and support to customers.

Responsibilities
* Install, maintain and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment
* Identify maintenance risks on equipment
* Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
* Clean, adjust and repair systems, and perform warranty services
* Provide technical direction and on-the-job training
* Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
* Comply with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements

Skills and Qualifications
* Diploma or Bachelor's degree/HND in a relevant course field
* Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
* Valid Driver's license
* Proven experience as HVAC Technician
* Analytical mind with problem-solving skills
* Good team player
* Problem Solving/Analysis
* Strategic thinking and strong execution skills
* Customer satisfaction and safety oriented
* Safety and comfort
* Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
* Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making
