**About Swift Consulting:**

We are an Education, Human Resources and Management firm recruiting for a qualified and well-experienced applicant to fill the role of an Accountant in the Real Estate sector.

**Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and journal entries.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations, and prepare tax returns as required.

Requirements:

  • BSc/HND in Accounting or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Proficiency in accounting software
