Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, training, and deployment of guards, as well as ensuring the company's image is protected and a harmonious relationship with clients is maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and select suitable candidates for guard positions
  • Vet and conduct background checks on potential guards
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for guards
  • Deploy guards to client sites and ensure they have all necessary documentation
  • Supervise and monitor the performance of guards
  • Sourcing and recruiting new talent to meet the company's needs
  • Maintain open communication with management and provide regular feedback to support business growth
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a relevant field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in security management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
