Job Title: Regional Business Development Lead

About the Role:
The Regional Business Development Lead will oversee the operations of multiple locations within a given geographic region. This role is responsible for developing and executing business plans to achieve short and long-term goals, setting and meeting organizational objectives, and proactively addressing operational issues. Additionally, this leader must ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Directing operations in all sites within the region
• Developing and executing regional business plans
• Growing sales and profits in the region
• Support in recruiting, hiring, training, and managing staff across the region
• Managing budgets and controlling costs
• Monitoring regional performance against goals
• Analyzing data and trends for improvement plan and execution
• Developing and implementing strategies to drive operations
• Managing relations with customers and business partners
• Maintaining all regulatory and safety standards

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or HND
A minimum of five (5) years in operations management.
A very good operational and technical knowledge of various categories of battery-powered material handling equipment is a major advantage.
Must have managed substantial team of 100 personnel for not less than three (3) years.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
