About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join DAYTONA as an Admin officer. In this role, you will have the chance to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting the success of our organization. As an Admin officer, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including administrative support, record-keeping, and special projects. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Admin professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
The Admin officer will be responsible for:
  • Managing the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, reviewing resumes, interviewing candidates, and selecting the right talent for the organization;

  • Being responsible for the onboarding process, which includes orienting new hires, explaining company policies, and helping them integrate into the company culture;

  • Monitoring the performance management process, which includes setting goals, conducting performance appraisals, providing feedback, and assisting with employee development plans;

  • Overseeing or coordinating training programs to improve employee skills and competencies;

  • Maintaining organized records, files, and documents, both physical and digital, for easy retrieval;

  • Assisting in ensuring that the workplace is safe and compliant with health and safety regulations;

  • Inputting data into systems, databases, or spreadsheets, ensuring that information is accurate and up-to-date.


Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in administration or a related field. A degree in business administration or a related field is an asset. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for this role. The successful candidate will also have proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
