Job Title: Female Cook/ Cleaner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Hospitality Recruitment placement Service (HRPS).

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing delicious meals according to menu, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high standards of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Selecting and following recipes
  • Overseeing kitchen operations
  • Cleaning the kitchen and work area
  • Ensuring food safety
  • Managing food storage and stock levels
  • Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Food preparation
  • Monitoring food stock and placing orders
  • Operating kitchen appliances and cooking apparatus
  • Ensuring appealing plate presentation
  • Assisting in designing new menu items

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma from a culinary school will be an advantage
  • 2yrs Proven experience as a cook
  • Experience in using cutting tools, cookware, and bakeware
  • Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
  • Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
  • Very good communication skills
  • Excellent physical condition and stamina
