Mwanga is seeking a highly motivated Financial Debt Resolution Expert to join our team. As a Financial Debt Resolution Expert, you will be responsible for resolving outstanding debts through effective communication and negotiation with customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial concepts and be able to analyze data to identify areas for improvement. A minimum qualification of HND/B.Sc., completed with NYSC, is required, along with 0–1 year of customer support experience.

A key aspect of this role is maintaining accurate records and advising customers on payment options. We require a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
