Motorcycle Courier Job Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled Motorcycle Courier to join our team and play a key role in ensuring timely product distribution and cultivating strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a motorcycle safely and efficiently
  • Deliver products to customers in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure seamless delivery operations
  • Conduct regular checks on the motorcycle to ensure it is in good working condition
  • Report any maintenance needs or concerns to the supervisor
  • Comply with all traffic laws and safety regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and recipients

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid motorcycle or drivers license
Good knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns
Ability to navigate using GPS or maps
Physical fitness and stamina for long rides
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Customer service-oriented attitude
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Professionalism and reliability
Preferred shift night
