Job Brief

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to coordinate all human resources activities. This individual will plan, organize, and execute HR operations on all levels, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement human resource policies and procedures
• Recruit, select, and onboard new employees
• Manage employee relationships, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR operations
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategic plans for HR initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 4-5 years of experience in HR management
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to analyze data and make informed decisions
