Transportation Coordinator

**Job Overview**

PWAN GROUP is seeking a skilled Tour Guide/Driver to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth transportation of staff, clients, and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convey staff, clients, material, equipment, supplies from one place to another in a safe and courteous manner.
• Ensure all assigned vehicles are always clean and in good condition.
• Manage drivers' logs or running sheets to maintain accurate records of assignments.
• Comply with company rules, regulations, and policies at all times.
• Operate vehicles safely and efficiently while adhering to traffic regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of first-aid procedures and report any vehicle malfunctions or needed repairs.
• Prepare and submit reports on trips, hours worked, mileage, fuel consumption, and fares received.
• Report delays, accidents, or other transportation-related incidents.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent driving skills and knowledge of defensive driving techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use software applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
