Responsibilities- Beverage Menu Development: Create a seasonal and innovative cocktail menu that reflects the venue's ambiance and attracts patrons.
- Bar Operations: Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area, and monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring timely ordering of supplies and ingredients.
- Staff Training and Development: Provide training to bar staff on beverage preparation, presentation, and service standards.
- Customer Service: Offer excellent customer service, maintaining a warm and engaging atmosphere for guests.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
- Customer Relations: Handle customer complaints and queries professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and ingredients.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in bartending or mixology is preferred.
- English language proficiency is required.
- Hospitality and management training certifications in food and beverage are advantageous.
