Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Care Officer to join our team at Pruvia Integrated Limited. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying customer needs, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:
  • Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Suggesting suitable travel options that meet client requirements
  • Contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails
  • Providing trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

Requirements:
  • HND/BSC in any field
  • 2-3 years experience as a Customer Care Executive in a travels and tour company
  • Proficiency in English
  • Good knowledge of CRM
