About the Job
The Head Human Resources role is a senior position that requires someone who can internalize the organizational vision, be flexible with methodology, and deliver a world-class office culture. Key responsibilities include formulating HR strategy, implementing policies, supporting corporate strategy formulation, and coordinating change initiatives.

As part of the management team, this role will have requisite authority to restructure relationships, grow, maintain, and streamline general operations within the firm. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role will drive relevant HR strategies, policies, recruitment, and performance management systems.

This job requires a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, including demonstrable experience heading teams or departments. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in developing and delivering people-centric strategies in a senior HR role.
