We are seeking a skilled Logistics Specialist to join our team at Plugzone online in Lagos. As a Logistics Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of goods to clients across the city.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a professional with a strong background in logistics and transportation. The ideal candidate will have experience in navigating complex routes, managing multiple deliveries, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Route Planning: Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip and minimize delays.
  • Delivery Execution: Pick up and deliver goods to clients in a safe and timely manner.
  • Loading and Unloading: Assist clients with loading and unloading their goods, ensuring that everything is properly secured and accounted for.
  • Traffic Management: Understand traffic laws and stay up-to-date on road conditions to adjust routes as needed and avoid heavy traffic or road constructions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driver's license, LASDRI
  • Proven experience as a Driver (Car, Bus, & Bike)
  • A clean driving record
  • Knowledge of Lagos roads, area, and neighborhoods
  • A polite and professional disposition
  • Ability to drive manual vehicles perfectly
Work Schedule

You will work Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays. We require candidates who can start immediately.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is approximately ₦120,000 - ₦180,000 per month, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
