Corporate Attorney

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Attorney to join our WHITGIFT LAW team.

This exciting opportunity involves working closely with clients to provide tailored legal advice and representation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of corporate law and the ability to apply their expertise to real-world scenarios.

• Advise clients on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and other related matters.
• Review and draft contractual agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Represent clients in court and before regulatory bodies, utilizing exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Maintain accurate records and update client files as necessary.

• Bachelor's degree in law from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years post-call experience, with a strong background in corporate law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
