Job Title: Supervisor (Metallizer Plant)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to lead our Metallizer Plant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and handling the plant's operations, ensuring efficient and safe production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate Metallizer plant operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
  • Monitor and control process parameters to optimize metalizing and slitting processes.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve problems and troubleshoot issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in slitting and metalizing processes.
  • Strong knowledge of Metallizer plant operations and process control.
