Your Responsibilities
As the Head of Digital Lending, you will be responsible for defining and implementing comprehensive lending strategies aligned with our organization's objectives. This includes ensuring set targets for our Embedded lending products are met, while maintaining adherence to risk management frameworks, regulatory compliance, and governance standards. You will work closely with our team to drive growth in our lending business and ensure seamless execution of strategies.

Your Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, as well as advanced degrees or certifications such as an MBA. Your proven experience in leading lending portfolios, with a focus on embedded finance, nano loan, and merchant lending solutions, will be highly valued. Experience selling BNPL products and demonstrated success in managing large-scale partnerships and executing growth strategies in a fast-paced environment are also essential requirements.
