Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain and Logistic Officer to join our team at Excel Charis Pharmaceutical Chemical Limited. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our inventory is managed efficiently and effectively, from receipt to dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular stock counts to ensure accurate record-keeping and prevent losses.
  • Monitor and control stock levels, maintaining optimal inventory levels to meet customer demands.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers, processing invoices and other transaction documents promptly.
Requirements:
  • Good understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
  • At least 4 years' experience in accounting or analytical roles, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong proficiency in Tally or other accounting software, as well as Microsoft Office.
