
Procurement Coordinator

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with the organization's objectives. This includes managing procurement activities, developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Manage procurement activities, including supplier management, purchase orders, inventory tracking, and invoicing.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the organization's objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality products and timely deliveries.
- Evaluate supplier performance and ensure adherence to agreed-upon terms and delivery schedules.
- Analyze procurement needs and work with internal departments to ensure the timely acquisition of goods and services.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting related to procurement.
- Negotiate contracts and prices with vendors to obtain the best value for the organization.
- Track and report on procurement KPIs, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a Procurement Officer or in a similar procurement role.
- Proficient in using Odoo software, particularly its procurement and inventory management modules.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract management, and supplier relationship management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and make informed decisions.
