Role Overview

The TEES TALENT HUB is seeking an exceptional Investment Researcher to join our esteemed equity research team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive fundamental research and analysis on publicly traded companies to inform investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct in-depth fundamental research on publicly traded companies, including analyzing financial statements, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
2. Develop and maintain financial models and databases to support research and analysis.
3. Evaluate the attractiveness of investment opportunities based on factors such as valuation, growth prospects, and risk.
4. Communicate research findings and investment recommendations to portfolio managers, analysts, and other stakeholders.

Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2. 5 - 7 years of experience in equity research, investment banking, or a related field.
3. Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation or progress towards obtaining the designation.
4. Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and investing principles.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and identify key trends and insights.
6. Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex research findings and investment recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
