Job Title: Creative Director
We are looking for a highly skilled Creative Director to join our team at Neville Records Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation, digital media, and social media marketing.

About the Role
This role involves developing engaging digital content, overseeing creative assets, and working closely with our marketing, production, and PR teams. The successful candidate will have excellent storytelling, branding, and visual communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities
• Develop and produce high-quality content strategies
• Oversee creative assets for social media, digital advertising, and interactive experiences
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and a strong visual identity
• Utilize analytics tools to measure performance and inform future decisions
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, film, or any related field (preferred but not required)
• 2+ years of experience in content creation, digital media, or social media marketing
• Excellent storytelling, branding, and visual communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
