Job Summary: Fort Knox Outsourcing is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Store Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our store operations and developing strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of store managers and sales associates to achieve sales targets and improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new initiatives and promotions.
  • Ensure that all store operations are compliant with company policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in retail management, with a minimum of 4 years' experience.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
